Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation To secure a booking with Fotobae, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required. This confirms your reservation and allows us to prepare all equipment and personnel for your event. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment Terms Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to hold your date. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [X days/weeks] before the event date. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in a cancellation of the booking. Payment Methods: We accept various payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and certain digital payment services. Please inquire about payment options when booking. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations within 14 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 Hours of Event: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable. Cancellation by Fotobae: In the unlikely event Fotobae needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or we can work with you to reschedule based on availability. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please notify Fotobae at least [X weeks] before your event. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply depending on the new date and time. 5. Event Requirements For smooth operation, we require: Adequate Setup Space: A 10x10 feet space is needed for setup. For outdoor events, a stable, covered area is required to protect equipment. Electricity Access: A reliable power source within [X feet] of the setup area. Event Timing: Please inform us in advance of any changes to the event timing or location. 6. Liability Fotobae is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or incidents caused by guests while using our equipment. Any damage to Fotobae’s equipment due to misuse by guests may result in repair or replacement fees charged to the client. 7. Privacy and Media Use Fotobae reserves the right to use photos and videos from your event for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise. To opt out, please contact us in writing before the event. 8. Changes to Policy Fotobae reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Clients are encouraged to review the policy at the time of booking for the most current terms.
